Netflix Selects Spot-On Star for Bon Clay in One Piece Season 3

The Secret Organization is poised to make a major impact in the forthcoming season on Netflix of One Piece, although the major clash won’t unfold until season 3, and a adored, popular member has now been chosen.

The streaming service revealed recently that the skilled actor has joined the One Piece upcoming season’s lineup and will play Bentham. The role can use their power to morph into an exact copy of anyone they’ve made contact with with their right hand. The actor, who is non-binary and uses they/them pronouns, will depict a version of that role reimagined as gender non-binary, as opposed to as a drag artist, in the live-action series, differing from the initial comic and anime.

The new cast member is joined by multiple recently announced actors who will portray the organization to life, such as head the main antagonist, brought to life by Joe Manganiello, Sophia Anne Caruso as Miss Goldenweek, and a familiar face, who is also part of the lineup as the ruler of the fictional land.

Although the role is a major member of the organization, the persona won’t appear until One Piece season 3. With the second season likely to portray the Little Garden storyline, this marks a notable change in the placement of the character’s debut, one that could signal additional alterations to the story’s structure.

The actor’s combination of excellent comedic sense and deep sensitivity makes them a standout choice for the part. Besides their current animated role in the animated coming-of-age film Boys Go to Jupiter, they garnered significant recognition and numerous honors for penning and acting in the popular theatrical show Oh Mary!, highlighting the range they’ll add to one of One Piece’s highly regarded characters.

The platform’s adapted One Piece program is due to premiere for its season two on March 10, 2026.
